1. Shake the bottle well before use to mix the milky and oil components.
2. After cleansing your face, dispense an adequate amount onto a cotton pad or directly into your palms.
3. Gently pat the toner all over your face and neck until it is fully absorbed.
4. You can apply multiple layers for an extra boost of hydration if your skin is particularly dry.
