Points Redemption Policy
We're excited to offer exclusive rewards through our Rewards Program for Kiokii's online members! Here's everything you need to know about redeeming your points for rewards.
Redeemable Rewards
Points can be exchanged for online discount coupons and physical products:
- Free full-sized products
- Limited edition products
- Premium samples or minis
- Free shipping coupons
- Order discount coupons
Reward availability may be limited. Product rewards refresh on every first of the month — check back regularly to see what's available!
How to Redeem Points
- Log into your customer account and click the Rewards tab. Under "Ways to Redeem", you'll find all available rewards.
- Select the product you want to redeem. A special code will be generated for you to add to cart or use at checkout. Check "Your Rewards" to see a list of what you have redeemed.
- Only one reward may be redeemed per order.
- You must have at least one product in your cart to redeem a reward.
- Product reward coupons will expire after 1 month of being issued.
- Once points are redeemed, the transaction is final and points are non-refundable.
- Double check your cart and checkout page to ensure that the reward was applied successfully before placing your order.
Reward Program Rules
- Points will expire if there is no earning or redemption activity on your account for 12 consecutive months. We'll always send you an email reminder before your points expire.
- Points are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
- Rewards are subject to our Final Sale policy – please check our policy page for more information.
- Points can only be redeemed by the account holder who earned them.

Nope, it is not possible to transfer points to another person. If you happen to have multiple accounts you will need to contact us directly. Once we're able to confirm this we may choose to merge your accounts. This will be at the discretion of Kiokii management.
