Yes your points expire exactly 1 year after gaining them. For instance if you have 50 pts on January 1st they will expire on January 1st of the following year.

Nope, itis not possible to transfer points to another person. If you happen to have multiple accounts you will need to contact us directly. Once we're able to confirm this we may choose to merge your accounts. This will be at the discretion of Kiokii management.
