Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations: We currently only offer shipping to Canada and the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Information: Our business days are Monday to Friday at 9am - 5pm EST. No orders are fulfilled outside of our business days (public holidays and weekends). 

Fulfillment Days are defined by the time from when we receive your your order to when we finish packing it. We require 1-2 business days for fulfillment.

Shipping Days are defined by the time from when the carrier picks up your package from our warehouse to when it gets delivered to your address.

    We currently do not offer expedited shipping to the US.

    Order Processing Time: Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Our teams does not operate during weekends or holidays.

    Shipping Notifications: Upon placing an order, you will receive your order confirmation. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive your shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. For any issues or inquiries, feel free to contact us at hello@kiokii.com 

    Customs and Duties: For international shipments, customs duties, and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

    Route Package Protection: We are proud to offer Package Protection with Route! For a small fee relative to your order total, you can add Route to your order for an added level of protection for your package. This service insures your package from issues like damage, loss, and theft. This option is available right before checkout when you click on your cart. This service is only in effect for the specific package you purchased protection for.

      Failed Delivery: In the event of a failed delivery, your order may be returned to us. This is often due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. In most cases, we will reach out to you to confirm the shipping address and attempt to re-send the package. Otherwise, please contact us at hello@kiokii.com and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. 

      To ensure your package is delivered correctly and in a timely manner, please double check that your order information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

      Kiokii is not responsible for any issues that arise from incorrect address or order information that was not addressed before the package was shipped. Customers may need to pay for extra shipping fees incurred as a result of these issues.

      Lost or Damaged Items: For online orders, our packages are insured up to $300 in value. If you encounter any issues such as lost or damaged items in your order, please contact us immediately at hello@kiokii.com.
