1. What is Kiokii Rewards Program?
The Kiokii Loyalty Program is our exclusive membership program designed to reward our loyal customers with points for every dollar they spend, along with special benefits and perks.
Our Reward Program has three fun tiers: White, Blue, and Pink! Each tier unlocks special perks and exclusive discounts just for you.( Please see above for details on each level)
2. Can I use my points both online and in-store?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but currently, our online and in-store points systems are not integrated. We understand this might be frustrating.
So why should I create an online points account?
Our online store offers more opportunities to earn bonus points and exclusive rewards compared to our physical stores. Plus, you’ll have the chance to use your online points coupons in-store. It’s a fantastic program that’s definitely worth joining!
3. How do I join the Kiokii Loyalty Program?
Simply sign up by clicking here. You'll immediately get 50 bonus points and entered into the White tier of the program. Complete the tasks to receive additional bonus points.
4. What are the membership levels and how do I achieve them?
Our program has three tiers:
• White: Free to Join
• Blue: Spend $400 in a calendar year
• Pink: Spend $800 in a calendar year
5. How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points by clicking here. This will launch our Rewards widget. Click "View" to see the various ways you can redeem. Simply follow the instructions and you're all set.
6. Do my points expire?
Yes your points expire exactly 1 year after gaining them. For instance if you have 50 pts on January 1st they will expire on January 1st of the following year.
7. How can I maximize my points?
Kiokii will occasionally host double and even triple points events, along with more fun little tasks to earn points. Be sure to follow us on social media and check your email for the latest updates on our website. You’ll be able to rack up points faster than everyone else!
8. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Nope, itis not possible to transfer points to another person. If you happen to have multiple accounts you will need to contact us directly. Once we're able to confirm this we may choose to merge your accounts. This will be at the discretion of Kiokii management.
