Shampoo:

1. Wet hair thoroughly.
2. Apply a generous amount of either the Moist or Smooth Cream Shampoo.
3. Massage into a lather, focusing on the scalp.
4. Rinse well.

Conditioner:

1. After shampooing, squeeze out excess water.
2. Apply the Moist or Smooth Cream Treatment from mid-lengths to ends.
3. Leave in for a few minutes to allow the ingredients to penetrate.
4. Rinse thoroughly.

Hair Mask:

1. Once or twice a week, substitute the conditioner with the Moist or Smooth Hair Mask Pack.
2. Apply to damp hair after shampooing.
3. Leave on for 10-15 minutes for deep nourishment.
4. Rinse well.
