Advent Calendar Pre-Order Policies

We're so excited to launch our 2026 Kiokii Advent Calendar! We look forward to counting down the holidays with you. 

Please read our policies carefully before pre-ordering.

Pre-Order Details

  • Preorder Window: September 15th until early October. While supplies last. 
  • Preorder Gifts: Limited to the first 250 pre-orders only. 
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please note our team responds to cancellation requests on the next business day (Monday to Friday). If we have not responded to your cancellation by this time, please contact us directly at 437-429-4251.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Timeline: Orders begin processing and shipping from Early October to Mid October on a rolling basis. Guaranteed delivery before December 1st.
  • Shipping Regions: Only available to Canadian and US addresses. Customers are responsible for providing a valid residential address or PO box.
  • Delivery Time: 3–10 business days (depending on your location). More information on our shipping timelines. We’ll email tracking details once your package is ready to ship.
  • Delays: While we do our best to ship on time, delays due to carrier processing times or unexpected events are outside of our control. Contact us if you have not received any tracking updates after 7 business days.
  • Orders with Other Items: If you order additional items with your pre-order, they will all be shipped together at a later date. If you need the additional items sooner, please place a separate order. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • In-store Pickup: The Advent Calendar is not available for in-store pickup. Please call or visit your local Kiokii store to check in-store availability.
