1. After cleansing (and optionally toning), use one pad from the Quick Calming Pad set and gently apply it to areas of concern (cheeks, forehead, or areas feeling hot/tight). Leave on for 3–5 minutes.
2. Remove the pad and gently pat the remaining essence into skin.
3. Follow immediately with the soothing cream: apply a suitable amount to face and neck, spread evenly and pat lightly until absorbed.
4. Use in your morning or evening routine, or whenever skin feels stressed. For best results, use consistently.
