1. After shampooing and conditioning, lightly drain excess water from the hair.
2. Take an appropriate amount (about 1-2 teaspoons) and apply it to the mid-lengths and ends of the hair.
3. Massage gently into the strands. (While it works quickly, leaving it for 1-2 minutes enhances results).
4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Recommended for use 1-2 times a week.

For external use only. Patch testing is always recommended. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort or irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.
