"Ariul's core philosophy is 'Natural Beauty with Real Efficacy.' As the brand evolved, I found myself becoming much more conscious of nature and the environment. It sparked a deeper sense of responsibility—not just toward myself, but toward my team and society as a whole. As a CEO, I often reflect on how to build a company where people can grow and find joy together. My goal is to ensure that our success is shared with everyone on this journey: our staff, our consumers, and our community."
3. What's one lesson you learned the hard way, but are grateful for now?
"There were seasons where Ariul's growth didn't go as planned—particularly during the unexpected challenges of COVID-19. In those moments, I learned that what truly matters is trusting the people around you and maintaining a positive mindset to overcome hurdles collectively. That lesson remains my guiding light today."
4. What advice would you give your younger self?
"People are everything. Never lose the trust of your team or your consumers. Stay honest, stay transparent, and always build with integrity. That is the only foundation for real, lasting success."
