1. Apply to clean, dry lashes (and optionally brows) in the morning and/or night.
2. Use the curved tip to comb from lash roots to tips, upper and lower, and inner corners. Avoid getting the serum in the eyes.
3. Wipe the tip after use to keep it clean. Allow the product to dry fully before applying mascara, curler, or other eyelash makeup.
