Peripera Speedy Skinny Brow (4 Colors)

1. Outline: Use the 1.5mm tip to lightly outline the desired shape of your brows.
2. Fill: Draw short, upward strokes to define individual hairs and fill in any sparse areas.
3. Blend: Use the built-in spoolie brush to comb through the hairs, blending the color for a natural and smooth appearance.
4. Note: Twist up only a small amount (1-2mm) to prevent breakage during application.
