1.Preparation: Start with clean, dry skin. 
2.Dispense: Shake the sunscreen well before use. Squeeze an adequate amount onto your fingertips. 
3.Apply: Dot the sunscreen evenly across your face and other exposed areas of skin. 
4.Spread: Gently spread the sunscreen in a circular motion until it's evenly distributed. 
5.Blend: Continue blending until the sunscreen is fully absorbed into the skin. 
6.Reapply: Reapply every 2 hours, or more frequently if you're swimming, sweating, or towel-drying.
