4. The "Papier-Mâché" Rule: Wait 10 to 15 minutes until the strip feels stiff to the touch, similar to papier-mâché.
5. Careful Removal: Peel the strip off slowly and carefully, starting from the edges and pulling toward the center. If it is painful or difficult to remove, wet the strip thoroughly until it slides off easily to avoid skin abrasions.
