1. After cleansing (and optionally toning), remove one pad from the pack and gently apply to areas of concern (cheeks, forehead, neck or full face) for about 3‑5 minutes. Remove the pad and lightly pat remaining essence into skin. Follow with serum/moisturizer. Use 1‑3 times a week or as needed depending on your skin’s condition.
