1. Cleanse and tone skin. 2. Starting at the chin and pulling upwards, secure mask around the mouth and ears using the perforations. 3. Remove mask after 10-20 minutes (mask can be left on for up to an hour). *Use 2-3 times a week to achieve optimum results.
