1. Prep: After cleansing, dispense a moderate amount onto your palms or a cotton pad.
2. Apply: Gently pat the toner into the skin, following the natural texture of the face.
3. Layer: For extremely dry skin, apply 2–3 layers to maximize the moisturizing effect.
4. Finish: Follow with your favorite serum or cream to seal in the radiant finish.
